Ideal offers services via G-Cloud 8

Ideal is happy to announce that it has achieved a place on the G-Cloud 8 procurement framework. Public sector organisations can continue to use the Digital Marketplace to directly procure Infrastructure Management, Monitoring and Support Services, Professional Services and Technical Consultancy from Ideal. G-Cloud 8 is the successor to G-Cloud 6, on which Ideal was also represented.

Ideal's Infrastructure Management, Monitoring & Support Service provides a flexible, tiered agreement, assisting customers in best-practice infrastructure management where in-house resource, skills and access to spares are limited. The service offers SLA-driven cloud-based monitoring, co-management, full management, manned 24/7 helpdesk, remote support and on-site hardware replacement of a defined set of infrastructure assets.

Ideal's Professional Services and Technical Consultancy services cover all elements of cloud, data centre, network, telephony, video and converged technologies across the whole project lifecycle: to develop technology strategies; support business cases to plan and justify technology change; solution design and architecture; project management; implementation; technology assurance and optimisation of services to improve efficiency.

Ideal also offers services on G-Cloud 7 under Lot 3, Software as a Service (SaaS), and Lot 4, Specialist Cloud Services.
