In 3 steps, we can take you from wish list to fully operational technology. This could be a limited Proof of Concept (POC) to help you establish a business case, through to a fully operational smart solution across your organisation.

A robust 3-part process

We will begin with a free, high-level, 1-hour discovery session to understand your priorities and your pain points, so that we can target the best opportunities that Smart technology could bring.   

• In Stage 1, we will dive deeper into your estate and IT infrastructure, involving other stakeholders as necessary to create a Smart Readiness report outlining the scope for a POC for your organisation.
• In Stage 2 we will define a Smart Specification, including short-listed solution options, quick wins, measures of success and a fully-budgeted, procurement-ready pack.
• In Stage 3, once you approve the scope and budget, we will swiftly move to Project Delivery, including roll out, onboarding, data validation and live reporting.

Post deployment, you will have an interactive dashboard enabling you to see the agreed metrics in real-time, giving you invaluable insights to inform day-to-day decision-making and build strategic direction.
